Meet Our Team

Pete Seadon is Vice Principal for pastoral at Thetford Academy.

He is really proud to be part of the dedicated staff team at Thetford Academy and is passionate about supporting the young people of the town to achieve their best.

Prior to joining the Thetford Academy leadership team, Pete has been a senior leader in two other Inspiration Trust schools. At East Point Academy, he was Assistant Principal and part of the leadership team that took the school from special measures to Ofsted 'Good' with outstanding leadership. Following this, he was Vice Principal at Great Yarmouth Charter Academy and part of the leadership team that improved the school from special measures to Ofsted 'Good'.

Pete has been Chair of the Suffolk County Council Alternative Provision Quality Assurance Board. He was also part of a team who worked with Suffolk County Council to set-up their multi-agency inclusion panel, supporting and challenging schools and external agencies to find suitable intervention and provision to meet pastoral needs.

Pete is currently assisting the Norfolk Virtual School for looked after children. He works with the team to assure high quality support for pupils in schools.
