To study with us, you should have at least five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including a grade 4+ in both English and Mathematics, and grade 6+ in the subjects closest to the courses you have chosen to study. Please also see subject specific entry requirements below.

If you’re not sure about which courses are best for you or would like any support, please get in touch to discuss your options.

If any subject is oversubscribed we will give priority to:

• Students who attend Thetford Academy
• The applicants best qualified for the courses they intend to study
• Those applicants who put Thetford Academy as their first choice centre
• Applications that reach us by the designated deadline.

Successful applicants will be invited for an interview to discuss course options and future career paths. These interviews will be carried out by the Director of sixth form and senior tutors.

If you are successful you will receive a conditional offer, subject to the GCSE grades you achieve in the summer.
